For All LED Ambient Mood Lighting Needs

LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) are small solid light bulbs which are extremely energy-efficient. As a child I remember working with LEDs on circuit boards at school and until recently LEDs were limited to these single-bulb uses in applications such as instrument panels, electronics, pen lights and, more recently, strings of indoor and outdoor Christmas lights.
However manufacturers have expanded the application of LEDs and they are used to light up kitchens, bathrooms, coving and all manner of areas around the home including gardens. As well as being energy efficient they are modern and last on average 50,000 hours making them a great long-term investment.
As quoted by Dr Rachel Oliver "LEDs have enormous benefits over standard light bulbs because they're a great deal more efficient, come in a range of different colours and have a very long lifetime. They are also good at saving energy too" -its no wonder they are becoming more and more popular. Its no longer a question as to whether they will replace incandescent lighting but when.
The government has already started the Phase-out of incandescent light bulbs to encourage more energy efficient alternatives.
